I tried this recipe, and while it says it is a chili, it is much more a mac and cheese/hamburger-helper type meal. Sufficiently cheesy and the goat cheese adds a little something extra, it is a long process without much reward. Great if you aren’t expecting it to be a chili recipe. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars.

This recipe was more macaroni & cheese than a true bowl of chili. The taste was a little bland but if you like cheese you will like this recipe.

I gave it 3 stars only because I’m a lover of cheese!
